Ezine Director's sole purpose and business model is to deliver email subscriptions on behalf of Wise Counsel Press. KickStartCart.com certifies that we will never sell, rent, or lease your details, or your client details (name, address, email etc...) to any other third party. In order for KickStartCart.com members to use our services, they must provide all information requested at the time of registration (site name, user name, email, URL). This information is necessary to keep track of individual accounts and to contact the user when needed. Financial information collected such as credit card number and expiration date is used only to charge the customer for the service they are purchasing. Using our system to send out emails to addresses gained in any way that did not include the potential clients opting into your list will incur a $500 (US) charge per substantiated incident (i.e. per email). Autoresponders are not Spam (unsolicited "junk" email). They are based entirely around the opt-in model of email marketing.
